Vital Statistics
Linn County Vital Statistics provides copies of Birth and Death records for events that occur in Linn County for up to six (6) months from the date of occurrence.
After six (6) months from the event, records must be obtained from the State Office of Vital Statistics in Portland.
Vital Statistics Fees
Each certified copy costs $25.00. We accept check, credit and debit cards, and money orders. Make checks and money orders payable to Linn County Health Services.
