Victim Services
The mission of the Linn County District Attorney’s Victim Services Department is to protect the rights of victims and provide a platform for the victim to be heard. We work to assist in any way possible by providing community referrals, explaining the criminal justice process, attending court appearances with the victim, and by being a consistent point of contact within the District Attorney’s Office.
