Statements will be mailed on Wednesday and should arrive within a few days, Stevens said.

There are about 60,000 property accounts, Stevens said, with a total real market value of more than $25 billion and $12.3 billion assessed value.

This year’s tax statements include a flyer that explains due dates, payment options and some programs available for tax relief.

All other credit and debit cards assess a 2.5% of transaction amount with a minimum fee of $2. Also, $1.50 for e-check payments.
